If you are local to Rugged & Tough the store is well worth a visit. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and can guide you to the right product for what you need. I brought a Rugged & Tough own brand leather belt for my other half and the quality was far superior to some I had seen in big stores plus a fraction of the price. I know a few guys who buy their workwear here and it is all good stuff. A huge stock and you get to meet Bruce the in-store dog.

Recently Rugged and Tough did all our uniforms at WatchTower Security and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. They are great value for money and we received the order really quickly. The end product was great quality and really well printed. I would highly recommend to anyone. Excellent service from start to finish.

My order from the 15.4. : Your service is worth: ONE STAR. I ordered from NZ and as a non EU customer they still charged VAT! ( Although you wrote in your check out procedure: Non EU customers are VAT free) After an email I get my VAT back but I have to pay a second time the currency conversion fee! It was not my fault. But you let the customers bleed... for your fault. You also promised complete freight papers. Why did NZ customs stop the parcel? I received several phone calls... Whats in the parcel??We have no Bill? (Visible for the customs declaration) How much did you pay for the freight?? It could be so easy. I wrote you several emails and you just answered: the customer service team is not here over the weekend. How can it be? You wrote on top of your old web shop ruggedtough.co.uk "OPEN 7 days" ?? Not true! I had to sort out all the paper stuff with DHL and customs which was annoying. I dont know how you define the word "service" ? Its not just taking the money. Think about it. The second star is only because I received your parcel in the promised time frame. So you know now MY personal experience in the rouggedtough shop. Thank you. Michael

Great customer service and no quibble exchange on some faulty wellingtons. The staff were very efficient and as I live 120 miles away accepted photographs of the fault and arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out first class mail. I for one wou ld have no hesitation in recommending this company and its attentive staff and will certainly be using them again. Well done Rugged and Tough and thanks for sorting the problem so efficiently.

Terrible service, very unprofessional, especially for their prices!! They mucked up our order and refused to rectify it. I wouldn't recommend anyone getting customised clothing from there.

Website states it is open seven days a week there was no mention of it being closed over the Easter weekend, travelled up from Luton on the Saturday to find it was shut!!! Don't bother having a website unless it is accurate.
