Being a surveying company, that involved visiting peoples homes, we were hit hard by the COVID crisis. Working with Kerry at Unstuck, we have used the downtime to refresh our website (from which 90% of our business comes from). Not only are the results great to look at, we also have quantifiable increases in conversion rates leading to more leads and more clients in this difficult time. This additional workload is a huge lifeline to keep us going but will also see us emerge stronger and more competative once lockdown is lifted.
