Great customer service. They manufactured and fitted a new glass door and did a great job. It looks great and their staff were tidy and courteous. When we realised we had forgotten to ask them to fit a stay I called them up and they arranged to come and fit one free of charge soon after.

Absolutely the best company I have dealt with in a long time. We were looking for new french doors and a front door.. it was a lot of money to spend and therefore I wanted to make sure I was confident in what we were buying. Andy was so patient, we must have had 100 emails back and forth.. and not once did he get annoyed or fed up with me (well atleast he didn't say so). I was a bit particular with what I wanted, we bespoked the front door so it had our own glazing and Andy helped me with the french doors to ensure they were the look I wanted, directing me to pictures on the website. We went to a number of companies for quotes and whilst AGS were not the cheapest I had confidence that they would look after our needs and they really did. Customer service counts for so much and with this attention we have ended up with exactly what we wanted! Picture to follow.
