After gaining my PTS and various other qualifications I was given an opportunity to work for SOS with ongoing work at one of the London Undergrounds. It was done all so quick but the professionalism from Joe was second to none. Definitely made a good decision being passed on details, the turnaround was less then 24 hours and right up to the day of my shift was in contact to make sure I was ready and got everything.
