Terrible service slow broadband and expensive, very bad customer service ever I use over the phone. The worse and cunning people, got a deal on Black Friday and they supposed to deliver my phone on next day, for some how they cone me and not deliver and said because I refused the delivery which I didn’t and next time when I try to arrange the delivery for another they said the Black Friday deal is over and I have to pay extra the full price, I couldn’t believe this is happening but it was true, so I obviously didn’t go ahead and cancelled all the contracts including the tv broadband and mobile I have found better deal very next day from another provider, now they keep ringing to come back and we compensate you but honestly I lost the trust so it’s a no go area for me now

Never trust .. have been 2 years with them when they used to be on top .. now they are very expensive giving u stupid offers while others providers are unbelievably progressing with a lot better offers
