Oh if only I could give it 0 star, I would. Only use if you want your phone bill and your blood pressure to rise. Had to ring a few times before they came out to measure a back door(only went with them because they could offer the best lead time and my door was stuck shut, wish I had waited). still said they could fit following Monday and as I needed it urgently arranged for someone to sit in and wait for them. They didn't appear and didn't call me until 2.30 to tell me that my glass hadn't arrived!!!! Insisted on first appointment next day. Men came and installed door, but took longer than they said they would so I had to run to work on returning home i noticed that the door was bashed and scraped (yes fitter had fitted it and hoped i wouldn't notice)....another phone call, and was assured someone would be out the following day...you guessed it didn't appear.....4 days later after numerous emails and phone calls, they said they would need to order the panel and would be with me within 7 working days...I gave them 14 and nobody called!!!! Called and was told it would take another 4 days for panel to arrive. So gave me Friday as a date but as I was going out that day was agreed for Saturday.....you guessed Saturday at 1.30pm still no sign, called back and was told that fitter had been on the Friday and there was no answer, yes that's because Saturday was the arranged day.......please please please if you value your sanity pay the extra few pounds. No idea how customer service works and was given every excuse under the sun

Had our installation today and I am delighted with the new door and window. Whole experience has been hassle free and staff could not have been more helpful. Work has been carried out to a really high standard and I could not be happier. Will be recommending this company without any hesitation. A pleasure dealing with you from start to finish. Avoid, fitted wrong door. Avoiding all contact with us. Trading standards building case Have tried all forms of contact and you have blocked us on fb and will not return any calls. In hands of trading standards now
Just had front and back door fitted, Vince and Ross, were the 2 guys that did my doors very polite can’t believe how quick they were. Absolutely delighted with the work would not hesitate to recommend this company. Keep up the good work thankyou.
