Sadly after only 5 years the framing around the door and window is ‘peeling away’. I mean I can pull the frame off the wall. Disgusting workmanship. Because the guarantee has expired I am now going to have to replace the door and window and surrounding frames. The wind and rain is pouring in. Please, please don’t buy from this company. I have lost over 2000 due to faulty workmanship.

Outstanding workman ship and great customer service. The door looks great and the fitters had the job done in just over an hour. I can't fault the service and by far the cheapest quote we found. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

the internal finish of plastics was shocking,had them back twice.doars all needed to be reajusted front door would not lock had to go to bed with door mot locked,phoned them next day to get someone out to adjust door to be told it will be 80 pound call out charge,would never recommend them to my worst enemy

ordered 8 windows a set of patio doors a front and back door from the Hillington showroom, I could not be more delighted with the quality service and price, Gita couple of quotes and upvc were miles cheaper. Robin the sales manager could not have been nicer, not pushy at all arranged everything for us. The fitters were wonderful leaving a brilliant job. Would recommend this company to anyone and you don’t pay until your happy with the job. Thank you so much Upvc for a first class service

When the door and panels were fitted we were very satisfied. However, recently we had occasion to ask to use the 10 year guarantee to replace a broken hinge on the top of the door. I was advised that I would have to send a photo of the broken hinge, and I would possibly have to pay. After sending a photo, I was phoned by the Company telling me it would cost 79.95 to replace this hinge. I had no choice as the door was not closing properly, and was only going to get worse. I have never had a problem with double glazed doors, and I have five other doors (not fitted by this Company I may add) I would question their products, and their design quality, and just what their 10 year guarantee covers.
