It took a long time for our product to arrive due to high demand but we really like it. It looks very nice and works quite well. It is still early days but we hope everything remains well. The wood around the the hot tub looks fantastic!
Waited 6 months before giving a review, and still as happy as we were when we got it. Excellent customer service, and best of all, the hot tub is great. Lovely smell of western red cedar when you get in. Strong jets, well made, classy and attractive look (not cheap plastic, shiny glitzy rubbish!)
I Have been searching for a hot tub for some time. I am quite pernicity and do lots of research. I saw one of these hot tubs online and loved the look. After more research I looked at another company with great reviews and a great price. I had messaged urban cedar and forgot all about them. Out the blue I got a phone call from the Boss Anthony. We spoke on the phone for nearly 1 hour . WHAT A LOVELY CHAP. He opened my eyes to the other company and explained all a out the pros and cons of the other tubs I was looking at. Anyway the more we chatted it was the obvious choice to go with his hot tubs for my cottage rental. He went out his way and videotaped the tub and functions explaining in great detail all the features and benefits. My tub arrives in January where I will review it in detail. Really pleased with my hot tub from Urban Cedar, it looks really good in the garden. Antony and his team were extremely helpful in answering any questions and the installation guys we’re great, very efficient, polite and informative. I would definitely recommend Urban Cedar.
Honestly one of the best companies I've dealt with for a very long time! And they are selling an amazing product, cannot fault it. Antony and team are fantastic, friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time, the guys got it into the garden (easy said then done), set it up, filled it and made sure everything was ready before leaving. The control unit failed after a couple of weeks, they sent out the team again to replace it within days. A service.
