Craig personally came out & assessed our house for fitting after we looked at the large range of stoves at the shop. All staff are very knowledgeable and free with information. When it came to the installation Urban Flame were flexible with timing and got the job done quickly & efficiently. Rounded off with a nice coffee at the 'Stove class' (which was really useful) for us, it's been the perfect installation. Would happily recommend to anyone. Ross.

Absolutely chuffed to bits with the work they did. The photo doesn't truly show how good it looks especially as we still need to decorate but we're definitely pleased with the overall outcome. Craig was really helpful from the day we stepped in to his shop giving us some great advice which helped us settle on the wood burner. He was able to work around us when we had to cancel on short notice and managed to rearrange it for a couple of weeks later. I would definitely recommend this place if you're planning to fit a new fireplace, this is the second time (the first time being in our previous property) he's fitted a fireplace for us and we have't been let down on either occasion. I have wanted a duel fuel burner for years. I am so glad that I walked into Urban Flame, I was warmly greeted by Ulrike who asked what I needed and pointed out the stoves that would match me perfectly. The advice I was given helped me make an informed choice. I went ahead and booked in on the day. Craig came round to look at the space etc., He really did go into great detail, giving me options to go for. When Craig asked me what I wanted, I said I wanted to be helped to choose and that I did not want to be mislead. Craig was fantastic just so down to earth I felt really confident that I had chosen Urban Flame. Craig talked through next steps, first to get a chimneysweep, then the install and finishing touches. Craig also demonstrates how to get a good fire going and what wood and fuel to buy. I have cracked it now and am over the moon with my beautiful stove, its a real feature. So I would highly recommend Craig and his team, this is the place to go if you want a professional service.
We were immediately impressed with Urban Flame as we walked in to the shop. My husband had long wanted us to install a log burner in our home but I wasn't convinced. The shop is tasteful and the fact that they have two very different burners lit, one with a very comfortable settee to lounge in had me hooked. Add to this the very competent owners Craig and Ulrike who gave us very valuable and specific advice followed by a thorough home survey and we were happy that we had found the best team to install our burner. The team work well together, they were very efficient, very clean and highly competent. We are delighted with our log burner and can't wait for colder days. We very much valued the stove class we attended the weekend following our installation which gave us the confidence to know we are doing everything as it should be. I can confidently recommend this company to anyone looking to install a new fire.

Great job from Craig and the team. We only live round the corner so it was good to find someone local to do what we wanted. Nice showroom with plenty choice. They talked us through all our options and then were able to supply and fit what we wanted very quickly with no fuss. They also do free masterclasses to teach you how to use the stove which is a nice touch.
Having almost committed to a competitor, we were very pleased to meet with Craig and his can do attitude. Came up with the perfect solution and completed an excellent installation that we are delighted with. The post install training session at the shop was really informative and we have quickly mastered the stove. I would highly recommend Urban Flame...but be warned, Craig likes to sing while he works!!
