Aggressive, pedantic male store manager. Refused to hand my husband's order to him despite my husband showing him his UK driving licence. He actually threatened my husband and challenged him to a fight. The store manager said it would have been a different matter if my husband hadn't have had our child with him. We are escalating this further. Outrageous behaviour from a person abusing their power during what are already difficult times for everyone. How do people like this make it to a managerial position?

must the worst company on the internet to get an oz of common sense . ask for pond filters , and they show you vac cleaners, or beds ,without doubt beyond belief ,you are really not worth one star. thank god we can go to the store and get some common sense.

Quick service but not all Assistants seem to know the systems in use. Email recepts are useful. Guarantee of limited use - broken Model no longer available so had to pay a lot more for a similar replacement. Also, not always the cheapest - why not have a 'Price Match' Guarantee?
