Do not pre-book because they don’t turn up on time. By the boss’s own admission their drivers will pick up other fares kerb side for the highest bidder. Avoid at all costs

AVOID. I phoned to book a taxi 10 hours in advance of being picked up, had to explain where I wanted to go several times, then told I had to pay in advance in full, but also had to pay cash (in spite of the card reader on the counter?). The taxi was then 45 minutes late whilst I was stood outside waiting in sub-zero temperatures.
