regret purchasing a 5000 printer from this company. the sales was a bit pushy and now I can see why. printer has had many issues since and I have really been struggling to resolve the issue. so many departments to speak to passing me over to another department only to tell me I have been passed to the wrong department, the staff seriously require customer service training.
