Cannot recommend Arnie highly enough. Arnie really challenges me and seems to know my capabilities or how much more I can be pushed. He’s very intuitive and approaches training and nutrition in an intelligent and genuinely informed way… he really knows his stuff and is a fabulous motivator… A session with Arnie not only gives your body a push to stay fit, but your mental health a boost too.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Arnie as a PT. I met him at a fitness retreat in Ibiza in April 2018 and loved the energy he bought to classes. In August 2019 I had lost my fitness mojo and reached out to him to try and kick my butt and was so glad I did. We chatted about my goals and started an initial training programme, coupled with an eating plan. I remember initially saying that I couldn't exercise and manage my lifestyle on 1400 calories a day. He laughed and said let's discuss it again in a week. On Day 2 I remember contacting him to say I was so full and was struggling to finish my meals or eat my second snack. We monitored key measurements and assessed progress weekly and I loved the fact that he then made tweaks to my exercise programme and my food intake in accordance with how my body was responding. I'd never had a PT before and assumed you would really just be in touch when meeting up to train but Arnie was on hand virtually 24/7 answering questions and motivating me. We don't live that close to each other and so would do a mix of sessions in person and then virtual training and both were equally beneficial. He even sent demo videos when I forgot what my form was meant to be for a particular exercise. I achieved more than I ever dreamt of under his guidance and my results happened in such a short space of time. If you're considering using his services, I would absolutely recommend him.

I've been going to group fitness and some one-to-one outdoors sessions with Arnie for over a year now, and it's always an absolute pleasure - always really friendly and motivating, and willing to adapt the workouts to meet everyone's fitness goals/ work around any minor injuries! I've definitely noticed gains in both strength and cardio fitness, as well as him helping me to improve on my form. Always walk away from every session feeling positive, hard-worked and well stretched and relaxed after the mini yoga cooldowns! Definitely recommend for any fitness levels!

My first ever personal training session and i loved it, even before the session Arnie contacted me to see what my targets were, health conditions, goals etc. Arnie made me feel very comfortable, very friendly and knowledgeable. The workout was great Arnie really challegned me and pushed me to my limits but allowing me time to recover after each exercise. The day after i felt the effects of a great workout and i most definitely would recommend Arnie as a personal trainer, if you want results hes definately the right guy to help you acheive your fitness goals. Cant wait for my next one
