I was taken in by Ambulance (first time at Hillingdon) due to severely debilitating pain with heavy abnormal uterine bleeding, whilst there, I was left in the waiting room. when I saw the doctor eventually, he gave me the impression that they would send me into gynae. I waited a further four hours by this time, I was very weak dizzy with no food as I was too sick to eat, I went knocking on the door where doctors were and couldn’t even put words together. With dizziness I fell back and bashed my head on the pillar left with a huge bump. The same doctor came and told me I’m being discharged as the gyno team won’t see me. He didn’t even have the decency to tell me this before, I would not have wasted painful time there. Absolutely appalled! They could’ve given me a scan at the very least. I went home crying my eyes out and vomited with all the medication. Thanks for doing such a fab job on helping me - not.

Thankyou to all the staff concerned for tending to my burns on arrival to the Hospital last Saturday. I am very grateful for the dedication of the staffs professionalism.

As always, A&E can be very busy at any hospital. I went there because of severe hayfever and I couldn't breathe. After 1 hour wait I got seen and sorted out. I'm so grateful for the doctor who helped me ( couldn't read his name as I wasn't wearing glasses). Great service, thank you NHS. You are truly amazing.

Waiting 14h is unacceptable. Waiting an initial 8 to be sent one place and then an additional 8 to be told to stay in a ward for a few days

After advice from 111 I visited the A&E in the evening with face and eye burn. All staff super helpful with short waiting time at reception and for nurse. I would ignore comments regarding rude attitude and long waiting time. It's hospital and you need to be calm and patient there. Overall super satysfied. Thank you!
