Most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered in my life. And I'm not even exaggerating. Amy from the Greys branch was lacking both know-how and the willingness to help. For weeks she couldn't help to solve a technical issue. Every time I asked her about something she had to ask her manager. And that took a day at least each time she had done so. Finally, she decided not to answer any of my messages and calls at all. For 5 weeks I was going nowhere with my application. I called the main number of the branch with no success. Then I called the main number of manpower. A helpdesk operator then instructed me how to solve my technical issue in 5 minutes. Five minutes... After a week nothing happened so I gave them a call and asked if the position was still vacant. They said YES. 10 minutes later received an email. They decided not to send my application to Royal Mail with no explanation at all. My grandma is more competent than them. Decide yourselves.

Very poor it doesn't matter how many times you point out the payments are wrong the hours are wrong manpower just continue to ignore me and during covid the phone doesn't get answered
