My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery in Uxbridge since he was 13 months old, he has been attending for a total of 3 years. The management and staff have been extraordinary from his very first day of settling in, up until now. We have received tremendous support over the years and feel comfortable discussing any matter with all members of staff. The nursery has been an integral part of our sons development, his learning has no doubt been accelerated due to the teaching he has received. The staff along with the owners are all very professional in their approach and the love and genuine care they show towards not only my son but all the children is clear to see. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Our child had been attending the Nursery for only 2 months, when i had a question regarding their outings policy. During a telephone conversation with one of the owners they stated the following: -I question everything that the nursery does -The time it takes responding to my queries stop them from looking after the children -They never had a parent that ask so many questions At that point I reminded them that our child is in their care 5 days a week from 7.30am until 5pm and that as the mother I will ask as many questions I see fit to which they replied “I beg to differ” which is when I ended the telephone conversation. A month later on the 29th November the owners terminated our contract, the reason given was due to breakdown of relationship, leaving us with 4 weeks to find suitable childcare arrangements whilst we are at work on the lead up to Christmas. I suggested to Monkey Puzzle Head office if they could mediate a meeting with the owners, Head Office agreed but the owners rejected the offer. We feel that we have been treated very unfairly and that their decision to terminate the contract was completely uncalled for and very unproffesional. Our child was settled at the Nursery and the owners decision to terminate the contract has caused our family a lot of worry and distress.

When we first went to visit the nursery, my husband and I instantly knew that this was the place for our son. The team at Monkey Puzzle have been beyond fantastic when I sent my son from the age of one. Being our first, I was a little apprehensive, but as weeks progressed we found that my son really did enjoy being in the Baby room and he picked up on so many skills and his language was getting better with each session. It's nice to know that the staff do have the passion of actually teaching and are very welcoming and accommodating to each child's needs. I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking to place their child into daycare.

Highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Uxbridge, my son thoroughly enjoyed attending, the staff have always been really attentive, friendly and willing to listen. He had made some beautiful friends he will dearly miss. forever grateful to the team here allowing my son to flourish, learn and have fun everyday he attended. Thank you again. My son attended this nursery for over a year and he absolutely loved it. Every time i would come to collect him he would be happily playing. He was a very shy boy when he joined and the nursery helped him come out of his shell. The staff are very friendly and always go out of their way to help you. I will be sending my youngest there soon. I would and have recommended this nursery to anyone.

Our son started the nursery in 2017 when we just moved to London. Starting with the owners, management team and staff we had all the support we needed for us as a family. The team creates a happy environment in which the children develop, learn and become happy and confident. Thank you everyone for getting Serafim ready emotionally and academically for the big school.
