Last week on a very cold December day after a rogue so called locksmith left my back door wide open and unsecured with no means to close after requesting hugely excessive fees I was pleased and grateful to make the acquaintance of Kenny. Finishing up on a local job, roadside, as I was making calls to identity my faulty lock, Kenny introduced himself with professional friendly conduct. I was immediately reassured this was someone that could help. After assessing the lock and showing me where it become faulty and explaining my difficult predicament, he followed me home, secured the door and gave a number of resolution options. He followed up when he said he would, his quotes were fair and reasonable and for any future security issues I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.

Good experience, highly recommend Kenny. I had a very good experience with Kenny from Open-In and will use him again anytime and recommend him to others. The problem was that I couldn't get out of my house as the inner door lock would not open - it had been playing up for a while. I rang Kenny who came as soon as he could. I rate him highly because: a). He first checked that I could leave the house by another door in case of emergency before he arrived (I could):; b) He turned up when he said he would and rang me to let me know he was on his way; c). He identified and sorted the problem on the inner door without my having to have a new lock; d). He sorted another problem on the outer door which was old and did need a new lock; e). He thoroughly tested both locks before he left; f). He charges very reasonable rates and no call-out fee.
I called open-in security as I needed some advice on upgrading the existing locks on my home. They supplied and fitted high security locks to conform to British standard which was important for my home insurance cover. Quality workmanship and and a fair price. Would definitely use this company again.
