Absolutely shocking. Poor communication. They don't explain anything nor do they tell you what is happening. They use basic forms on Google not following GDPR I had to delete someone else's details to fill the form out. Stay away if I could give this a lower score I would. They also don't seem to care when this is pointed out to them They just blame you and say its your fault

This is my experience: on May 19th i called them twice regarding a text message to register. I spoke two different lady. The first one did not quite understood what i was on about. However the message did not come in. I calles them again in the afternoon and the call was transferred because the same lady with same problem could not understand me. This second lady also was really really rude, and told me that the place i was trying to apple for were to big and they literally were not helpful whatsoever.. this is unacceotable and no wonder you lot only have one star rating. Me giving you 1 star is a previlige for you because i could not give you 0 star. DISGRACE. PMP RECRUITMENT
Worst agency to work for no work ethics management is not qualified and very arrogant they will ask you to go home after you reach the worksite because they over booked and will not pay you even if it’s their fault. I had to go through arcas to get my money paid and no notice will be provided before removing you from work they will release staff saying volumes are low and start new requirements after a month or two I would prefer being jobless then work for this guys ever again
I have joined the Amazon warehouse on 2nd December. They have hired us through Recruitment agency called PMP. I worked very hard and now I receive a call that we have to release you by giving me 2 days notice period. They have hired me in the peak and now released when there is a less load. Never ever join through this agency because there is complete hypocrisy if you know anyone superior than you don't have to work alot and you will have the job for sure, but if you don't know anyone you will be like me , working very hard and released with a two day notice period.
Worst experience of my life, If I could give minus I would. Waited 3 months for them to actually give me a start date only for them to continuously keep telling me (via email) that they were still waiting. During this period I have missed jobs and appointments within that time, due to the fact that they kept telling me that it will be next week it will be next week (more fool me) WORST recruitment agency in the country DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! you will be disappointed as there is no job that they're actually hiring for. Wasted my time and my families time and gave assurances which were never met. STAY AWAY!

One of the worst recruitment agency. Dont trust this agency for any job, they will not pay induction money also. Please prefer Adecco or Staffline. They will give u 5 star service.
This recruitment agency is the worst agency I have ever come across in my life they are very unprofessional and has no discipline. They take forever to answer you without your knowledge they book you in for an interview and you have to attend it, it takes months for you to get called for work as they put you in waiting list. If you will be put in waiting list why recruit someone in the first place then.
