Absolutely brilliant! I've been playing Tennis for the last 3 years or so and decided it's time to upgrade to a decent stick, however, having read up a little on strings, I still didn't know that much. I contacted Tom and received better support then I could have imagined. Tom is polite, friendly, timely, professional and knowledgeable and has great communication skills. Within 24 hours of reaching out, we were together discussing my rackets and options, he strung two of my rackets at the agreed specs and changed the grips - all on the spot and all for a reasonable price! I feel more need to know of this excellent and exemplary service, 5 stars recommendation is not enough!

Been getting my rackets strung by Tom for a few months now and the service is amazing! Rackets are always strung in great time, the quality is perfect, great prices, and he also has a wide array of strings so you can experiment around too!
