Great staff and beautiful pieces of crystal to look at . I bought a lovely winnie the pooh crystal for the other half...... she loved it.
I had a gift bought for my 30th birthday on 19th September. I recieved the gift a few days later. I had to subsequently self isolate for 2 weeks due to a positive contact at work (I work as a doctor and thus also work long shifts) and tried to exchange (not refund) the gift today and was told I could not as it is over the 28 days. This is the first time during the covid times I have had such an experience where a store has not extended their refund/exchange period and also not been lenient. Further this is a franchise store and not the first time they have been difficult (unlike all the other Swarovski stores). I will also be writing the the head office about the lack of flexibility given the current times we are in. And given that it is not months past the exchange indow but by just over a week. They still have the current braclet in stock, it is in the exact same condition, not even removed from the presentation box. Please avoid this store at all costs and go to a standard swarovski store.
I was served by Manmit at the uxbridge store and found the customer service impeccable! She made sure that I got exactly what I needed for the price that I was looking for! She was also really friendly, as was the rest of the staff there! Totally recommend
They have some very nice jewellery.
So I walked in, the two shop assistance were talking to each other and only acknowledged my presence when I was already half way through the shop. To add further drama there was a disgruntled customer in the store( there has to be one right) however it wasn't helped by the shop assistant being slightly snappy as well. Control people!!!! The other shop assistant was with me, left me and served someone else, why? Either way I made my purchase, unfortunately not sure I will be back here again. It's a no from me.
I shop there regularly, staff is always welcoming and friendly. Manmit is my absolute favourite shop assistant, she’s always super helpful and gives the best advice ! Lovely shop.
