What an amazing experience! I desperately wanted a rib eye joint along with the ribs (probably too late for Christmas, I thought). They didn't have any stock but that wasn't a problem! John got on the phone and sourced a lovely joint which I picked up the next day! Amazing customer service! Their Customer Experience is led by Scarlett who has an amazing sense of humor. Rushed off her feet but always talking to people to ensure that they get the best! I will be visiting them more often for sure!
