Really good turnout, mostly people with car boots full of stuff, a smattering of new things. Usually find something I didn't know I needed. Decent burgers too. Lots of parking, easy to find.

Usually is big car boot with many sellers.

Not bad. A fair amount of sellers present, most of who were genuine boot sellers and not traders. Ample parking available on the field and only cost a pound per person to get in after 9am.

As always, we'll organised and managed.

We attended this car boot the weekend just gone following moving house and having a clear out. We arrived at 6:30am (the website says it starts from 7am onwards). Although we made 100 and overall that was the goal, I wouldn’t go here again. We hadn’t even stopped the van before we had buyers asking ‘do you have any jewellery/bags/perfume?’ We we’re trying to unload and the ‘professional’ buyers were honestly like a pack of vultures. We found it stressful and just generally unpleasant. Other car boot sales I have been to have allowed sellers in some time before letting buyers in which worked a lot better. It gives time to set up before being hounded. Instead we were swarmed before we even had a chance to unpack things, we were worried about things being stolen whilst our backs were turned to unload. One man even swore at me when I failed to find a perfume I had already told him 3 times I wasn’t sure I had even put in for sale. Perhaps the organisers could think about the time to set up as that really would have helped. Other than that, it was okay as we made money but to be honest really not sure it was worth the stress.

I 'd like to see more private, occasional sellers rather than the same 'professional' sellers week in week out. Good atmosphere.
