I only giving a 2 stars and writing this becoz today didn't like what happened, went to WHSmith and security man stop us and telling us there's only self-service which WHSmith staff should be the one saying it to us, not the security man.

Bit tired and muddled here, could do with an update. Long queues at the upstairs post office. Unwanted vouchers given out with every purchase. Forever moving items around in the store.

Very rude staff. The staff look positively bored. Very limited range of stationery and magazines as well as books. WHSmiths is not anywhere near the universal one stop exciting vibrant shop it used to be. Not worth the bother
