The most amazing people who work here and provide a first class service to local injured wildlife, large and small. Very friendly, professional. Have taken many an injured bird, hedgehog etc. Nothing is too much trouble.

Very helpful and candid staff, will take any Injured animal and let you know proberable outcome in realistic terms and caring fashion. Nice shop for marketing goods, however, this is not a tourist attraction so do not expect walk around.

I took a juvenile female stoat in today and was very impressed by the swift care and friendly service from all the staff I met. Thankfully the little stoat was ok and after an antibiotic shot and check over was pronounced fit to release back home. I never even knew this place existed before today. Thank goodness for great places and people like these, helping care for our wildlife. I was very happy to make a donation to help keep this place going and will be doing so more in the future. Thank you to all at Vale Wildlife Hospital
