Unfortunately, the haemoglobin meter that I ordered from Valuemed turned out to be unsuitable for my needs. Valuemed were very helpful in resolving the situation and allowed me to return the meter for a full refund, even though I'd used a couple of the test strips when I was checking whether the meter would do what I needed.
