Avoid at all cost, look at other alternatives first and make sure if you do go ahead they uphold the contract, 2 years later and so far I don't believe anything has been paid off my debt, though getting a straight answer from these people is an art form I haven't mastered yet. Can't even give me details of my practitioner and trying to block me contacting them not good!

I didn't choose to use this company. I had an IVA with Vanguard and they took over. I'm sat here having an anxiety attack because of these people. Called last week to make a payment of 15500.00 to settle my debt and close the IVA. 7 days later i have not had so much as a receipt! when i made the payment, the adviser was asking for the 16 digit account number. I asked \do you mean the card number?\ and she kept saying account number. I explained how banks work and the payment was finally taken. I am about to call citizens advice to ask my rights. I may request a refund. I am shocked and appalled by this dodgy company. Called several times to ask for a receipt. when you first get through you speak to a lovely Scottish person but after that you get an adviser who has no clue what they are doing and they just lie to you to get you off the phone.

I have found Vanguard to be a very user friendly service, I have had to telephone them several times, and ALWAYS found them to be very friendly and efficient, everyone that I spoke to seemed to have a cheerful response to my call , it felt like I was respected and important . Being in debt is a situation I do not enjoy , in fact I am feeling ashamed. And the stress I experienced along with sleepless nights due to creditors wanting payment which for various reasons I was not able to fulfill. But as soon as I was referred to VANGUARD via a debt advice company , I felt a huge relief, and was very satisfied in the way they handled my IVA , each step of the process was explained to me , and the whole process went smoothly. I have no hesitation to recommend anyone to use this company,and can guarantee they will be of the same admiration for them as I hold . This organisation is the Best of the Best ( this review has been completed without any reward from Vanguard )
