Great service. Could see I was stressed out and wanting to smoke after 3 failed vapes from petrol stations ect. Sold me exactly what I asked for without trying to sell me something I didn't need. Even set it up for me in store. Very pleased

I am absolutely disgusted with this shop. I have been a regular customer there for some time now. During the lockdown my new Smok pod became faulty. I went back there today (as they have just reopened) to ask if they could exchange it. The lovely lady behind the desk had to call the owner “Anna” She told me without a receipt this could not be done. They have this recorded on the system when I purchased it. I thought this would be enough proof. I cannot tell you how upset I am. I have not got a spare 40 to purchase another one. I will definitely not be spending another penny there!!!!!!!

Absolutely awful customer service, they try and sell you the least popular liquids so that they can get rid of them, and when you try the liquid that they’ve sold you they won’t even allow you to refund the product, they don’t care about customer loyalty or how much money you have spent in their store as they treat everyone the same, with no respect. They also make sarcastic comments as if they think they’re better than you.
