We had the most fantastic experience booking our Spanish getaway through Clickstay. We found an apartment which was perfect for our family of 5, in a fantastic location near amenities. The price was reasonable and the website was easy to use. We're already looking at Clickstay properties for our next getaway :)

We had a wonderful stay in Villa 2 at El Barranco resort in Tenerife. It was a wonderful villa, with three bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. Only negative was the air conditioning was not working during our stay, but we were advised this would be fixed for the next group of guests. The area was amazing, and the villa is literally five minutes was to the coast. There are amazing restaurants nearby, and plenty to do for families. Clickstay were fantastic and I would definitely use them for future holidays, in fact I have already been checking out their properties in Croatia for next summer!
I recently visited a villa in South Tenerife with Clickstay at the El Barranco resort. The villa was well situated within walking distance to the front and local shops, it was clean and modern and had all the facilities needed for a family holiday. It currently has two pools available with six planned for completion next year. I'd definitely recommend. Four stars because it is currently under some renovation, I'm sure once it is all complete it will be five stars!
Unbelievable booking cancelled due to… Unbelievable booking cancelled due to Quarantine I promised full refund yet Clickstay are refusing, I get nothing the guest gets nothing. This a public health issue where people are unable to travel, all other sites are helping customers and owners, 15years I have listed my property with this company, I am ashamed my guests have been treated so bad.
*AVOID* *AVOID* *AVOID* - PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THROUGH CLICKSTAY. We had our stay in Florida cancelled due to the pandemic. After several emails to Clickstay and very few responses Clickstay have now confirmed that we will not be receiving OUR 630 deposit back! The villa was booked back in October 2019 before COVID spread. Clickstay will not entertain moving our booking over to 2021. Total lack of empathy, shoddy customer service and greed. Clickstay have made a difficult time even harder, I hope their Managing Director Tom Hughes is proud of himself!
