Simon completed an EICR for my tenanted property. He took all the work off my hands in arranging the works, saved me over 500 in fees by giving great advice on what I actually needed to have done rather than what I had been advised previously, and even carried out some minor works for free during the visit. Highly reccomended.
Simon fitted a new consumer unit and did an EICR on my rental flat for the very reasonable price he quoted, in a professional, timely manner. He is not VAT registered so immediately 20% cheaper than the big boys.
