Delivery truck blocked the entrance to our businesses car park, then rather than turn his truck around to drive away, he thought it would be sensible to reverse for half a mile, almost reversing into several cars while he did so. Whatever benefits having frozen vegetables delivered offers, the drivers severely need some better training in customer care (blocking the entrance to your customer's car park is really not on), consideration, forward planning and generally how not to be an idiot of a driver.
