Velobikes as a company is excellent! Customer service is spot on. I am very hard to please but they made me feel very well taken care of when I had a breakdown. I saved up for two years to buy my mum the ZT63 and when it wouldn't charge I thought I just bought a cheap Chinese scooter. Not the case at all! This company appears to be run by Polish people and they are honest and always willing to help. Trust me! You will NOT be disappointed.

My father had been looking for a mobility scooter for a little while and we came across the Class 3 Veleco Faster 1000w for sale on the Velobike Ebay shop. What caught our eye in particular was the smart stylish looks, a cross between a quad bike and scooter. We had a few questions to ask and with the satisfactory answers received we purchased a smart blue version. The service from Velobike was superb, very helpful and perfect with the correspondence. Alex a very polite and friendly company representative delivered it personally, he then took his time to demonstrate, explain the features, hand over the paperwork, the user handbook and spare key. All in all, a great looking scooter that performs well, It's easy to use and has plenty of storage space for shopping, plenty of bright lighting, comfortable adjustable seat, two keys and was a reasonable price at 1800. One negative point is that the suspension is not full, it's front and rear as it's attached to the chassis (see Pic) and not independently to each wheel, which means on uneven ground one front wheel can be clear of the ground (see Pic) which is a little concerning as the front is the wheels that steer the scooter and it might compromise the stability. My Father though is overall pleased and looks forward to getting out and ride it, it's certainly given him more freedom and independence. Of course only time will tell to how it will perform over the coming months/years, but so far - so very good. The only disappointment was to see the same model on the Velobike Website only two weeks after taking delivery selling for 1599 a significant 201 less than we paid on their Ebay shop (extremebulbs_com) and after contacting them they tried to convince me it is a cheaper version even though the models variant name, printed specification and styling is EXACTLY the same. Sorry Jakub Marek - extremebulbs_com (the seller) I wasn't totally convinced by your explanation.
Well I have just ordered another set of batterys at a bargain price 100.00 only I thought I would buy a spare set at The price, and the company kept its promise repaired my scooter and it drives like a dream
I bought a ZT63 in 2019 and have been very happy with it although the customer service is very poor, i just recently bought a new one expecting the mew look model but got one exactly the same as my old one plus it was damaged and i am still waiting for the new part but the thing i dislike the most is the fact that this company guides you when filling in the DVLA registration form to put it in as only doing 8mph which is the legal speed in this country yet they sell it to you being able to do 15mph and if you ask the driver who delivers it is that all it can do he will most probably as in my case make a further adjustment which makes it do 29kph. Scooter very nice but if you need after sales service you may be disappointed. The one star is for the service i have received.

The velo scooter I have is brilliant! I get stopped constantly asking where I got it from, how smart it is etc. The company have great communication and very helpful. The mechanic that came out to see it, a small issue, was brilliant. I absolutely love my scooter and highly recommend. Brilliant price for what you get, my mum likes mine better than the standard one she has.
I just love this scooter. Get lots of looks and comments from people. I get out most days on it and do about 30km. Charging is easy and I find the USB charger very handy. The storage is very welcome too for my hot n cold drinks and picnic type meal not to mention a small first aid kit (one never knows what could happen whilst out) wet gear for bad weather. The only negative I have is it has a very wide turning so I have to do a 3 point turn to get out of my gate onto the pavement and again to get back into the garden from the pavement.All in all I'm a happy chappy and would buy the same again.
I have just received my new Veleco four wheel scooter with lithium battery, all I can say is the whole experience so far has been excellent from the time I ordered it to the time the engineer left. The engineer who delivered it, arrived spot on time and was very polite and couldn't be more helpful explaining everything to me and ensuring I was fully aware how everything worked. Certainly five star and I can recommend the scooter as it has plenty of powerful which you need living in Cumbria.
