I had senior stylist Charlotte doing my hair she did a wonderful job and I left the salon feeling very happy. All the staff are welcoming and so nice. Not a bad word to say.

Had my hair extensions done here several times now and it's always been fantastic quality hair that looks really natural and is easy for me to look after. Jacqui the stylist also reapplies them for me once they grow out and normally get to use the same hair at least twice which saves money. They're all great girls :)

Had extensions done and love them! Warm atmosphere and not too pricey. Jacqui was very friendly and has a lot of experience with extensions, so I felt my hair was in safe hands. Will definitely be going again!

I always used to go to tony and guy but decided to make a change due to the pricing and Venus came up through a google search so i decided to give it go. It's the best haircut i have ever had thanks to dayna who wasn't afraid to get those thinning scissors in my hair. Very friendly staff too will definitely be making a permanent change to this place, thank you xx

Best Highlights ever!!! I love Venus Hair Design. Every time I am in the UK, it is my go to place to give my hair the tender care and shine it deserves. I have never once been disappointed after a trip to Venus, I always come out there with beautiful, soft, blonde hair! Can't wait for my next appointment!!!

I have recently had my hair ombré-d by Fran and I absolutely love it. I was a little bit worried about having ombré done on shorter hair, but Fran was very reassuring and seemed to understand exactly what I wanted. She got the colour just perfect, very natural just as I had pictured. She even curled it for me at the end! Very happy with this service and happy that I could save a bit of money with their student discount too!

Absolutely horrendous haircut for my four year old grandson. The young lady literally hacked at it for 45 minutes. Complained immediately as he has almost bald patches, one side longer than the other and the back completely up and down. On complaint they apologised and gave us our money back. They also said the next cut would be free, but hey I don't think so. My grandsons hair is absolutely appalling with hacked patched and bald patches. I was so cross I took photos and they are unbelievable. He had to be taken to another hairdresser the next day to have it put right but short of sticking bits back on it is now a mess for all over the Christmas party season. Thanks for the offer but will NOT be returning. If the Manager would like to see the photos please get in touch! You have our phone number.

The staff are wonderful here. You feel welcome the moment you enter the salon. Shannon was absolutely lovely and turned my awful tresses into a beautiful, fresh new bob. Highly recommend Venus Hair.
