Booked a birthday party for 25 children for my 9 year old daughter on Easter Sunday for nobody to turn up!! We ended up in Run of the Mill luckily. No apology, no contact, no refund of deposit. Disappointed children and disgusting behaviour from the owners. Apparently this is about the 5th time this has happened. Basically if he can't be bothered, he doesn't turn up.

Tried to book my daughters party and arranged a date and time. Spent the next 2 weeks trying to pay the deposit but nobody would reply to my emails. Eventually managed to get through on the phone only to be told that the date had been given away. The boy apologised and said the manager would text me that evening and them call the next day to apologise and 'sort it out. A week later, I've still hear nothing. I work in a school and have since heard from many parents that this place is a nightmare. Disgraceful customer service.

My daughter used to enjoy this club until at holiday camp, a non first aider took her class. She had an accident and broke her thumb. She had to ask for ice herself/ no-one called me / written in minor incident book that her finger slightly swollen when it was her thumb massively swollen./ Daughter told them she heard a loud crack but they failed to check how swollen thumb was later/ Dan's investigation was just trying to cover up the staff's incompetence/ She was allowed to carry on doing gymnastics on a broken thumb until hometime/ My daughter had to tell me about the accident herself where upon one look at her thumb and I knew it was broken. Utterly disgraceful. Accidents happen, but how they are addressed is of paramount importance. She won't be going again.

We've tried to go twice, both times there was no-one there. We even emailed to check the second time and were told it was definitely on. Really annoying.
