Dropped my Bmw 120d of this morning, for the heater plug recall. Couldn't fault the service, courtesy car was provided, staff were friendly and efficient. Car had a free visual inspection and was even washed and hoovered out. Can highly recommend Vertu BMW, on my first visit to them. Thank you!

Recently purchased a car from BMW Durham and have been impressed with the level of service I have received. Will has been a pleasure to do business with. Given the uncertainty of Covid and never having purchased a car online for delivery especially being based over 200 miles away, Will made the whole process very easy and was reassuring and informative all throughout. Absolutely shocking, avoid and go to Sunderland BMW. On two separate occasions I have booked test drives, receiving confirmation over the phone and by email, only to arrive and be told the car wasn’t there, they didn’t know when it would be back, the salesman who was suppose to arrange it conveniently wasn’t in and there was nothing they could do about it other than ring me back to rearrange, which they never did. I was also once booked for a routine service, with a courtesy car booked, to arrive and be told they didn’t have one and I would need to wait over an hour for one to be dropped off. I received a courtesy car on another occasion when I had a phone call requesting for me to return it within the hour because it had just sold. I was also pressured into picking up my newly ordered vehicle early, which was in no way convenient, otherwise I would not be able to collect it until a further few days due to particular staff being unavailable. If you’re also asked if you’d like your car washing when it’s dropped off for a service, don’t bother, it’ll come up cleaner if you drive it through muddy puddles. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan of the brand but this dealership is useless. Staff have no idea what they are doing and simply blame their laggy online system or staff that are conveniently not working that day.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Vertu BMW Durham and Bilal in particular. He sourced me the perfect car within the week and was on the ball with everything as I wanted to push it through quickly. Would definitely recommend this place and Bilal if you are looking to purchase a quality motor.
