I received exemplary service from making contact by telephone through to receiving the bill. Staff went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and kept informed and had a workspace area I could use while I waited for my car to be serviced.

Been using for Mini under Inchscape for while now but first time as Vertu - went to drop off car for pre-booked service confirmed by text from them - to be told not booked in! Not good start - the service and required work better be more efficient?

Went here 2018 to get accident repairs came out categorised Owen brown business manager could not resolve this for some reason,was nt one in reality just hopeless half car painted wrong colour bmw has no customer service skills poor service never again put pic on they re Facebook page repairs are bad here,alton cars in york is best quicker service too and to date bmw have not attempted to resolve this and they don't take responsibility for they re mistakes
