Went to this service to help with a problem with our vet,l sent all the documentation and evidence to back up my complaint against the vet and on the morning prior to them contacting my vet l went through 10 major lies from my vet with them on the fone,she called me back later that day and when going through her conversation with my vet not only was my vet wonderful but she failed to ask the questions l had put to her eg why was that type of operation carried out on a large breed dog so she asked what type of operation was it,l told her in passing that my dog had been released but had çontinued to bleed,it was said as a comment not a question and she asked why benji was bleeding,eh he had just come out of major surgery,l presented evidence regarding a 4 min call from the vet,she totally ignored it,l told her about medicine my dog couldve had but wasnt given for pain again she ignored it and took the vets side,for a supposedly impartial service she took the side of the vet and then had the damm cheek to tell me that to take it further it would cost me 250 to take it for and independant review,this service is a waste of time and l wish l had known this before contacting them,if you are thinking of getting in touch with them DONT,find another avenue to complain to and one last point for the vcms benefit JUST BECAUSE THEYRE VETS DOESNT MEAN THEYRE GOOD VETS

Dreadful service. Phoned multiple times to discuss a complaint against a vet. Every time I have phoned there is an answer machine that says \please leave your name and telephone number and someone will call you in 2 working days\ this never happens, not to mention they don't acknowledge your emails. Better off not having a pet these days
