Absolutely fantastic service received from Ben and the team in the Hanley branch. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and offered great advise. Would highly recommend to anybody thinking of getting any virgin media products.

Coukdnt have asked for a better service. I had the pleasure of being dealt with by Rosie who was just adorable and knew what she was on about. No hard sell. No pushyness. Just this is what we can offer. I'm still waiting on an answer as why 4on demand and 5 on demand weren't on the spot service in store. Hoping I get a response. Otherwise, fuss free provider swap!

My phone contract has recently ended and I want a change from my previous network because I am unhappy with the service and deals offered. I was highly recommended by a number of friends to checkout virgins offers. I visited the store recently and had an amazing experience. I entered the store and was greeted with a warm welcome by staff members and was able to have a good look and not feel pressured or intimidated like you find in all other store. I was approached by the store manager Rhys who made me feel very at ease and really listened to what I was looking for and asked me key questions that helped me to get a real outlook of what I wanted with in a phone and package. I felt he wasnt just treating me like another number but an Individual and going out of his way to provide a second to none service and make my time in store a unique and memorable one. After looking at what amazing products and offers virgin had to offer I finally had the phone and package that I would truly enjoy and benefit from, all thanks to the help and passion from Rhys. All and all as of service, experience and the company goes I will highly recommend this to anyone for not just getting your ideal needs but the level of staff and indepth knowledge which is pasted down and to lead by example from the store manager. These days its rare to find that level of service which is welcomed to the fullest.
