Joe was amazing in store. Saving me money on my virgin media package when I simply came in to upgrade my sons mobile. Got me a better deal on both parts and saved me 15 a month in the process. The stockport store is where to come for staff that go the extra mile!

Bart was really helpful with setting up the phone for me. Service has been excellent, he also helped me move my number over from different network. I could get the handset cheaper as retention from my network but Bart's expertise and confidence swayed me towards Virgin Mobile. Thank You.

Joe in store was extremely attentive and helpful this stormy Sunday. My grandson had smashed my phone screen so I came in for an upgrade on my Samsung. Rather than just upgrading me to a phone, he looked into my existing virgin media package and checked to see if he could save me even more money overall. Rather than paying 20.50 a month for my phone I'm now paying 11.75 a month which also gave me an extra 4GB of data AND unlimited minutes. If you want any help or assistance then the Virgin media Stockport store is the place to go!

Have always called into the store as staff have always been very helpful. As a not very tech minded person I always find them patient and welcoming. They also don't force you into a sale. In fact last time I came out with just a Sim contract as I was still happy with my phone. Today I did want a new phone and as as happened before got advice and information from Kate and came away as usual very happy

I've been into this store several times and the staff are fantastic. Nothing is ever to much trouble. I called in today for help with a sim card issue and Kate not only was able to check to see if it worked she was able to replace it and set up the phone. Excellent customer service
