5 stars are not enough for this wonderful team. In my opinion, VISA INN is probably the best immigration firm in the UK. Taking my case to VISA INN was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Thanks to Allan, Violet and Crystal I have finally received my ILR. My case was extremely complex and a mess, I had previously spoken to multiple firms and was given incorrect or insufficient information. The VISA INN team were very detailed and thorough and provided me clear and correct advice every step of the way and always kept me updated on my application process. They understood how stressed I was due to my long battle with Home office and always made time for me, treated with patience and kindness and were quick to respond to my queries. I cannot say how good Alan and visa inn were. Took my case last minute because another agency i was dealing with were very slack or non existent. With Visa inn there was No stress and very professional and quick. Me and my family cannot thank them enough for there work!!!
We received great service from Alan throughout our immigration case. It took two years due to our case being complex and the length of time it took the court to give is dates but we always had clear guidance and regular updates from him and his staff. His choice of Barrister was really good and its is due to their team effort and great knowledge of the field that we won our case in higher tribunal.
