My husband and I visited this Info Centre and spoke to the male representative ... I can't remember his name ... sorry ... but he deserves full marks as he answered our three questions ... although not the #1 question he gets asked ... expertly and we had a wonderful albeit short visit because of this ... his advise made it possible for us to tick these three boxes ... Excellent customer service ... Sydney, Australia
