Russell carried out a job for me, which involved fixing my downstairs toilet. The service I received from Russell and Chris was excellent. They are lovely chaps to deal with and I highly recommend them.

Avoid, Avoid,Avoid. We made the biggest mistake of our life trusting this builder. We did a full house renovation and we have had problems in every corner of the house. Today we realised that the toilet has been leaking for the last year as the builder damaged the flexi pipe when installing the MDF cabinet. The dirty water from flushing has been leaking under the toilet sink fixtures for a year now and that's not the only issue we had. Extremely cheap and low quality material is used in every room. The brassware are extremely low quality and not suitable for any home. The poor installation work in kitchen and bathroom, lumpy laminate flooring, leaking toilet, several holes still left in the walls from pipe works and never filled, missing skirting in the kitchen, worst lowest quality kitchen cabinets and nothing like what he showed us in his showroom. I can carry on but I just wanted to warn everyone DO NOT TRUST this builder. I wish I could do 0 stars he doesn't deserve one star.
