Very good customer service. I used click & collect to grab my upgrade in-store. It was quick and straightforward. I've always found Vodafone mobile and broadband to be extremely dependable.

Updated my plan yesterday then for some unknown reason the network shut down all outgoing calls and texts. A lengthy call to the tech team last night failed to resolve the problem despite the very best efforts of the engineer at the end of the phone. Went back to the shop today and one of the in-house tech people took the problem on with backup from Vodafone engineers via his computer. About an hour later all was solved without having the inconvenience of a new number and sim card or the expense of a new phone. Didn't even have to wait in the shop - went off for a long coffee and then returned later. Well done to all at Vodafone - EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!!!
