Shocking service! Spoke to two different staff members and both very unfriendly and wasn't listening to what I really wanted. I had been a customer of Vodafone for over 10 years! So I went to a shop a few doors down EE and transferred 2 of my lines over and got one more month until I move my sons account over to EE. Shame as always had previously a good experiences. It's the staff that win you over and on this occasion I felt that they really couldn't be bothered!

Came into store to trade in my old phone, I was greeted in a polite and friendly manner by a guy and then taken to an avaliable assistant. (Didn't catch his name) The assistant called Bogdan was really friendly and helpful! The store has great safety measures in place and hand sanitising station.

Francesco, the manager who just walked around chatting with staff where we have been waiting for more than 2.5 hours to be seen. We thought he was the concierge at first. All he does is walking around with a clipboard, when he could have served customers while his colleagues are on lunchbreak. 2 staffs in total on the weekends. When complained about the wait, he was being arrogant about it and being unapologetic. We had to remind him to apologise for the wait. Poor service and management.

The manager of this branch likes to lie so no point going there if they are happy to lie to you, told me its Vodafone policy that only one person in the store at the moment which makes it impossible to do anything with a joint account and seem to think ill leave my other half stood outside looking through the window while I do my bit and then swap when it comes to her part Its all a lie just go to another branch and thats not the policy of Vodafone as all other stores let couples in
