Good Deals, but very disappointingly don't accept cash, unbelievable, what's going on with these companies???
Arrived at the store with the basis that according to google the store was due to close at 6pm on Sundays. I arrived with my dad very shortly after 5pm with the store closed but the staff still visible within the shop. Queried the fact that google says the store would be open till 6pm, then one of the staff rudely replied 'well, the shop front says 5pm'. Then started to lower the store shutters on us. Unbelievable . But then one of the male staff (i believe his name was Albert/Alberto), came to assist us, as the issue only required a minute of his time to rectify. Excellent attitude and customer service from this guy, going out of his way to help. The less said about the two other females on shift the better.
Very pleased with my visit to Vodafone. I was a Vodafone customer for a long time and left because of the customer service given at different times and occasions but since I was looking for a new broadband, their offer at the front of the store caught my eye. I was very surprised to see an excellent customer service for the first time ever, Albert was very outgoing yet professional and helpful. Thanks to him we left the store with a new broadband and two new mobile services. Thank you Albert for restoring my faith in Vodafone!
My local store so my first port of call. I have always found the staff very helpful but due to the nature if their work, (new phones take time to set up contracts.) can get very busy at times.
Definitely not coming back to this store anymore! Such 2 St**id person that doesn’t have any skill dealing with customers. I am also doing a complaint online to Vodafone regarding the lack of training their employees have in Sutton store.
I've used Vodafone more than 2 years but I got a poorest service ever experienced today - I visited to get an advice regarding my bill(amount has been suddenly increased) and issue with logging in my account(technical issue) - They took age to treat each customer and finally i could talk to one of them after 40 min waiting. But they responded "Just check your mobile app that would be better and more faster" I explained again and asked to check my bill status with their system but they just answered it will take more minutes because of technical issue. They must know people never wait or expect to hear these ridiculous comment from service advisor. Useless team ever met Disgusting Avoid if you don't want to wait your time.
Very helpful. Switching network from EE to Vodaphone and waiting to port over. Service was friendly and efficient. Any problems I may encounter are more likely to come from EE. Don't think they offer good customer service or value for money which is why I am switching.
