Well ,I was this morning at store ,they booked me in for 13;50 I was told soon I arrived the door ,you have only 10 minutes for our conversation ,I wasn’t impressed ,with it ,,I don’t have any time to talk nothing what I was really interested in one of your product ,but I was kicked out ,no one was out side waiting ,I have to try contact Vodafone at home ,but the 3 calls I did one was 35 minutes ,they took my name blblbla put the horrible music ,after half hour rang up ,the other 2 calls exactly ,the same ,finally. I had a nice girl she talk to me and was a very good service ,I wish I can have her again when I need call to Vodafone her name SHArwet ,i really give 100% good service ,thank you Sharwet .

Visited this branch today all I can say is a huge thank you to the lovely BELLA who was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble for her . I had a big problem with my SIM card and she calmly worked her way thru it . It was so refreshing to sit down and talk to someone instead of online . 10 out of 10 for customer service . And also the way the shop is monitoring the appointments at the door and the lovely man who booked me in and got me in ASAP ., and gave me the free code to the WiFi. You all made what I envisioned a nightmare into a walk in the park . Well done and thanks again one very happy customer

Bloody useless shop alarms going off every other night. EASY TO ROB AS NOBODY EVER BOTHERS TO TURN THEM OFF OR INVESTIGATE!

Cannot get in touch as don't empty mail box so cannot get a call back. Have to go to shop by bus just to ask queries re end of contract and new phone. Visited twice before and cannot transfer your data for you onto new phone due to lack of staff and have to make an appointment. Terrible at moment. Hope it improves soon or I will have to go to 02 for my new phone who are much easier. They answer phone and can do everything. Thanks. Avywht.

Went there for an exchange on an overheating phone and really bad software problems. No external damages whatsoever kept the phone in a proper bunker! Got it while on lock down. Their reply was: an exchange isn't possible, only to send it for repair. So my question was: ok so what phone am I going to use until it comes back then? They said: use an old phone! Use an old phone?? Really Vodafone? Been with you guys for nearly 3 years now spending at least 60 a month and your reply is use an old phone. So if I don't have an old phone? Word of advice: if you go to Vodafone, make sure you have an old phone as a backup! When my plan is done I would rather spend full amount on a phone than go back to Vodafone!
