I've had a Vodaphone mobile phone contract for about 14 years and getting a phone replacement has often been a painful and extended experience. Not yesterday though - I decided to try the Ross shop for the first time - Kevin, the Ross asst mgr knew his stuff and was helpful and polite. Top Marks with thanks!

Charged twice for handset. UN-able to refund untill it showed on my bank statment in 3 days time. called store to be confronted with a rude member of staff that basically said it was my fault. AVOID AVOID AVOID
