The Vodafone charged me over 470 for no reason and put me in overdraft. After few days spending with customer services they just told me that they sorry for that and the money will be refunded in 5-7 days. Will never recommend this company

no star bad company ever.i bought a phone never came .dpd claimed they came and no one was at home but i was there and no one came .got told will get my phone i was again waiting and nothing.they said not going to bring me the phone and will take my money back.SHAKE MY HEAD.at least will get my money back but never wil go to vodafone again

Wasted my time going to the store today, their wedsite states it is open on a Sunday... Needless to say it wasn't. For a company that specialises in communication, they can't even keep their opening hours information updated on own site.

After checking the opening times for Brentwood store on Vodafone website, I made a journey to visit the store only to find that it was closed. Not happy Vodafone have wasted my time today - very poor service.
