Took out mobile broadband and SIM card the started off ok then started plundering my bank account they tell me I have got two mobile phone on my account and mobile broadband they say due to Coranervirous they can’t do anything about it I want the police involved but they wouldn’t have that righter so I ain’t paying another penny they turned off my phone and the hospital could not get in touch with me or McMillan nurses I have been diagnosed with cancer I have sent letters to there customer service team RECORDED OF COURSE what would you do. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING VODAPHONE HAVE NOW. INVOLVED CITIZENS ADVICE. here’s hoping

Lovely helpful people especially in the shops. However they tell you the information that you got from their live chat isnt correct. Appalling company service. After 13 years Im going elsewhere as soon as poss. This applies to mobile phone, house phone and broadband

It’s a shame I can’t give anything less than one star. Have had nothing but hassle from Vodafone when my contract should have ended in NOVEMBER LAST YEAR. Called them in October to out my 30 days notice on, but the staff member didn’t put it on, all he put in the notes was that he offered me some other deals. After listening to my call back, they realised that I did in fact request to put my cancellation notice on. But since November I have been charged 3 bills. They are refusing to refund me because apparently the line was active and “customer was aware”, despite the fact that I requested to cancel and specifically stated that I do not wish to pay any more money after my contract ends. Vodafone do not care about their customers. Do not get yourself trapped with them. I have another contract with o2 and have never had trouble with them, if anything has gone wrong with my bill, they credit me the whole line rental back and I don’t get charged for the next bill. Don’t see why it’s so difficult for Vodafone to look after customers who have been with them for a while just like o2 do. Don’t use Vodafone.

I agree with Aneeta K, Vodafone don,t look after their customers. As I had a dispute with them, I reported them to the ombudsman. Vodafone invited me to ring them to discuss, but the guy I spoke to was completely clueless, he claimed I would have to pay over 100 for early termination when the true cost was about 22, which was waived thanks to the ombudsman. The Vodafone agent kept twittering on about 2017. I didn,t join until January 2018. My new home is now with Samsung, whom happen to be just great.
