Great service in this shop. Very patient guy sorted out issues with my 'phone calmly and efficiently. Nice, clean shop with good standards. The best of the Vodafone shops between Irvine, Kilmarnock and Ayr. Often depends who you can get as a helper however.

One female employee who I can only describe as very brash and unhelpful. Likes to make up her own rules and goes against direct correspondence from Vodafone head office. Also broke general compliance procedures by requesting personal bank details from the person who was not the account holder with Vodafone.
