Didn't manage to submit survey on time so thought I'd leave a review. Just a traveller passing through Newcastle who saw a good deal from vodafone. Ryan was great and sorted out my new sim & started the number transfer process all within 10 mins. 10/10 for Ryan (scottish accent- incase I got his name wrong). He even reccomended a great restaurant for me & my wife to try as it was our first day in Newcastle.

Covid excuse? Red tape barrier in front of store stopping entry. Waited 10 minutes to speak to assistant behind barrier speaking to elderly gentleman. Two more people in queue waiting patiently for attention before me. No other member of staff came to the doorway to help. I had driven 40 miles to discuss renewing contract. If there is no attention to customer service maybe its time to look else
